The following results are from Preston City Wrestling ‘There Can Only Be One’ at Evoque in Preston on June 4th 2016:

 

The show began with Noam Dar coming to the ring. He was interrupted by Sha Samuels. Noam Dar challenged Sha Samuels to a match for the PCW Heavyweight Championship later in the evening.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – Six-Man Tag Team – The Hooligans (Zak & Roy Knight) & Alex Boylin defeated Joey Hayes, Martin Kirby & Jimmy Jay by Pinfall.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – ‘The Bastard’ Dave Mastiff defeated Charlie Garrett by Pinfall.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – Dave Rayne defeated ‘The Alpha Male’ Iestyn Rees by Pinfall.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – Drew Galloway defeated Lionheart by Pinfall.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – ‘The Mexican Sensation’ El Ligero defeated ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey by Pinfall.

10-Man Gauntlet Qualifier – Six-Man Tag Team – The Firm (Sammy Smooth & The London Riots (Rob Lynch & James Davis)) defeated Team Single (Rampage Brown, T-Bone & Bubblegum) by Pinfall*.

*James Davis hit Bubblegum with a cricket bat behind the referee’s back prior to the win.

Following the match, T-Bone & Rampage Brown challenged The London Riots to a match at ‘Tribute To The Troops 3’.

PCW Heavyweight Championship – Noam Dar defeated ‘The East End Butcher’ Sha Samuels to win the PCW Heavyweight Champion, However, co-General Manager; Joanna Rose announced that she had not cleared the match to take place so the results was void and Sha Samuels was still the PCW Heavyweight Champion.

Following the match, Dave Rayne came out and a match between Joanna Rose’s team and Dave Rayne’s was announced for this August for complete control of PCW.
