Lizzy Styles shoved the referee to cause a disqualification.
Before the next match, Defiant Wrestling general manager General Ameen inserted himself as the special guest referee.
Defiant Tag Team Championships – Special Referee: General Ameen – The South-Coast Connection (Ashley Dunn & Kelly Sixx) (c) def Team WhiteWolf (A-Kid & Carlos Romo) by pinfall to retain the Defiant Tag Team Championships.
Simon Miller def. John Klinger by pinfall.
Following the match, John Klinger assaulted Simon Miller. As a result, assistant general manager Adam Foster removed him from the No Regrets Rumble.
Defiant World Championship – Rampage (c) w/Rory Coyle def. Mark Haskins w/Vicky Haskins by pinfall to retain the Defiant World Championship.
No Regrets Rumble – David Starr last eliminated Gabriel Kidd to win the No Regrets Rumble.
