Second match scheduled for Knockout Wrestling ‘Legacy’

Knockout Wrestling have scheduled a second match for their June 24th event, Legacy at The Nines in Barrow, England.

It has been confirmed that “Knockout King Of KOW” Chris Brookes will compete against Ryan Hunter in singles action in Barrow on June 24th at Legacy.

Knockout Wrestling announced the match with the following:

The second match announced for Legacy live from The Nines on Saturday June 24th will see the returning Ryan Hunter take on the “Knockout King of KOW” Chris Brookes in singles action!

Ryan Hunter made his KOW debut back at Mayhem, taking on KOW Showcase Champion Rick Markus in a valiant but unsuccessful effort. Despite not leaving The Cottages with the trophy, Hunter made a great first impression with KOW fans and Management alike, seemingly guaranteeing that he would make a return to a barrovian ring in the near future! Hunter made his name in Alpha Omega Wrestling UK, quickly becoming one of the most beloved competitors in the company and he now looks to replicate that success in KOW! Knockout Wrestling fans didn’t have to wait long for Hunters return, as he once again steps into a KOW ring on June 24th looking to make an impression and cement his spot as part of the KOW Roster, but this will be no easy task, as he faces KOW’s resident Knockout King, Chris Brookes!

Brookes has years of experience under his belt and 2017 has arguably been his best year to date, wrestling all over the country and winning championships whilst competing for some of the UK’s premiere promotions! Brookes has replicated that success in a KOW ring, currently holding one of the best singles records in the whole company and earning the title of “Knockout King of KOW” courtesy of brutal knockouts against the likes of “Mr Big” Shaun Vasey, “The Kid” Ethan Silver, “#1” Damian Dunne and the “Masked Sensation” Nightmare in the past! Brookes may well look at his match with Hunter as an “easy victory” as he looks to get back on track for a KOW Championship match, but if he takes Ryan too lightly, he could easily end up beaten, humbled and embarrassed in front of the KOW fans that despise him so much!

At Legacy will we see one of the biggest upsets in company history or will Brookes’ experience edge be too much for the resilient newcomer to withstand? Join us on June 24th at The Nines to find out!
