Kamikaze Pro have confirmed a change to a match scheduled for their February 3rd event, Underground III at The Empire in Coventry.

It has been announced that due to Dan Moloney competing for Chikara, “All Ego” Ethan Page will now face “Kiwi Buzzsaw” Travis Banks in singles competition in Coventry on February 3rd. Additionally, the first new match confirmed shall see Lee Hunter compete against “The Badman” Marshall X in singles action at The Empire. The final contest scheduled to take place at The Empire will see Mikey Whiplash make his Kamikaze Pro debut when he challenges Clint Margera for the Kamikaze Pro Championship in a no disqualification at Underground III.

Kamikaze Pro announced the change and matches with the following:

In a change to an earlier announced match due to Dan Moloney having to pull out to go to Chikara. Making his Kamikaze Pro return is someone who had arguably the best debut year in recent memory in the UK in the form of the ‘Kiwi Buzzsaw’ Travis Banks.

This one should be a war!

The 5th match for Kamikaze Pro – Underground III on February 3rd will be a 1st time ever singles match believe it or not, between the current Bank On It briefcase holder and his adversary for the Tag Team Titles over much of last year.

At Bank On It 4, Marshall X took advantage of Ryan Smile not appearing by entering the Bank On It Ladder match and securing the Bank On It briefcase. At Frost Fight 4 he took on ‘King of Dong Style’ Joey Ryan. Joey’s antics in the match seemingly had an effect on ‘The Badman’ as Joey came away with the victory. Post-match he attacked him with the briefcase and then busted Clint Margera open with the briefcase after his war with Dreamer later in the show. Ryan Smile returned and prevented him from cashing in. Lee Hunter on the other hand is one of the most talented wrestlers in Kamikaze but we have rarely seen him in singles action. A 3x Kamikaze Pro Tag Team Champion lasting a total of 702 days, Lee and his brother Jim have been dominant in the tag ranks. With Jim down with a knee injury, Lee will go it alone. He is no stranger to his opponent having waged war with Marshall and Damian Dunne over the Tag Team Titles for most of last year.

The 6th match for Kamikaze Pro – Underground III on February 3rd will see the Kamikaze Pro Champion, defend his title against one of the top wrestlers in the UK in a No Disqualification match.

At our 3rd Anniversary Show, Margera ended Robbie X’s 609 day title reign. He has since defended his title against Tommy Dreamer, Abyss, Ryan Smile, Robbie X & El Ligero in an amazing start to his title reign. He takes on someone he is very familiar with in one of the most experienced wrestlers in the UK in Mikey Whiplash. He has won nearly every title in Scotland including the ICW Heavyweight Title. For years Whiplash was regarded as one of the top wrestlers in the country working for All Star. In recent times he has changed his appearance with face paint and S&M style ring gear. He is very experience in No Disqualification matches as he has taken on Margera before and the likes of Jimmy Havoc. He makes his 1st appearance in Kamikaze looking to take away the most prestigious Title in Kamikaze Pro from Margera.
