Target Wrestling have confirmed the issue of a worldwide open championship challenge for their November 19th event at The Venue in Carlisle.
It has been announced that Shady Nattrass will defend the Target Wrestling High Octane Division Championship in an open challenge to anyone worldwide in Carlisle on November 19th.
Target Wrestling announced the open challenge with the following:
