Vertigo Ladder Match Announced For Knockout Wrestling ‘Fourth Anniversary Show’

Knockout

Knockout Wrestling have announced a third match for their November 26th event, ‘Fourth Anniversary Show’ at The Cottages in Barrow-in-Furness.

It has been confirmed that “The Boy Next Door” Drew Parker, “Filthy Gorgeous” Robert Sharpe and the debuting Dan Evans will compete in the Vertigo Ladder match in Barrow-in-Furness on November 26th with the winner earning a KOW Championship match at any time of their choosing within the next 12 months.

Knockout Wrestling announced the match with the following:

The Third match confirmed for the Fourth Anniversary Show will see three men battle for the Vertigo Briefcase as “The Boy Next Door” Drew Parker takes on “Filthy Gorgeous” Robert Sharpe and the debuting Dan Evans in the Vertigo Ladder match!

Drew Parker has gone from strength to strength in 2016, moving his way up the ladder in KOW and winning over the Barrovian fans, but despite this, it was his longtime friend and tag partner Ethan Silver who came out on top at Road to Gold III last month earning a KOW Championship match in the main event of our biggest show of the year, now with a guaranteed title shot hanging in the balance, can Drew replicate his partners success, earning his own path to the gold?

“Filthy Gorgeous” Robert Sharpe enters The Cottages on November 26th hot on the heels of his best performance to date in a KOW ring, after making his way to the finals of the Road to Gold III Tournament at our last event. Sharpe now has a taste for the gold, and is hungry to get his hands on the real thing, can he earn himself the ultimate “accessory” in the form of the Vertigo Briefcase and move one step closer to being the most flamboyant Champion in KOW History?

Dan Evans enters the Vertigo Ladder match as an unknown entity, a dark horse, someone that neither of his opponents have come across before and therefore cannot prepare for ahead of what is already an unpredictable match-up. From what we’ve been told, Evans has a lot of experience, having begun his journey in the world of wrestling over a decade ago and also possesses a real mean streak, taking enjoyment in punishing his opponents in the ring and in a match where Ladders are completely legal, he becomes an even more dangerous prospect. Can Evans go from an unknown entity to Championship contender in one night on November 26th?

Three men enter, One man leaves with the Vertigo Briefcase and a guaranteed KOW Championship match at any time of their choosing over the next year. Which of these men will be able to withstand the pain, battle through his opponents and climb the ladder to retrieve the Briefcase? Be at The Cottages on November 26th to find out!
