Seventh Match Confirmed For Southside Wrestling ‘Retribution 7’

Southside Wrestling have confirmed a seventh match for their August 7th event, ‘Retribution 7’ at The Priory Centre in St Neots.

It has been announced that Martin Kirby shall compete against “Anti-Hero” Tommy End in singles action in St Neots on August 7th.

Southside Wrestling announced the match with the following:

Tommy End and Martin Kirby were supposed to have a first time ever singles match in St Neots back in February, however Tommy sustained an injury in his victory over Thatcher in the afternoon so was off the evening card. When the finally did face in Nottingham, End walked away the victor. However the next night in St Neots, Kirby managed to defeat Tommy in a five-way match when he pinned him.

Martin Kirby did what few in Southside have achieved. There is only a handful of men who can claim to have pinned Tommy End in his Southside career. However Kirby is a man who has done the impossible in Southside. His 357 day reign as Southside Speed King Champion. He faced El Ligero’s in Europe’s first ever No Ropes match. He defeated El Ligero in Southside’s first and to date only cage match. He won the Southside Tag Team Title’s, all in St Neots, so this venue holds a special place to both of them as this is the venue that Tommy debuted in for Southside back in June 2013.

This is a match that Tommy End specifically requested. He may have pinned Kirby in their singles match, however he feels like Kirby only managed the victory over him the next night due to the involvement of three other people. We have seen from End’s feud with Mark Haskins over the Southside Heavyweight Championship that things can get very personal and involved when End feels slighted. On Sunday the 7th of August, our first show back since Kirby pinned End, “The Anti-Hero” wants a measure of revenge.
