Kamikaze Pro have signed two new matches for their August 5th event, ‘Monster II’ at the Aston University in Birmingham.

The first new match announced will see former TNA Knockout Champion;Jade compete against Kay Lee Ray in singles action in Birmingham on August 5th.

Kamikaze Pro announced the match with the following:

The 3rd match for Kamikaze Pro – Monster II will see 2 of the very best Fighting Females in the whole world do battle.

A former TNA Knockouts Champion and the winner of the Queen of the Knockouts tournament for 2016. A former Shine Champion, she is one of the top Fighting Females on the scene. Jade made her name in Ring of Honor & CZW before moving on to TNA. She has wrestled some of the best in the world including Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, Maria, Velvet Sky, Awesome Kong, Blue Pants, Saraya Knight, Candice LaRae, Angelina Love, Tara, Sara Del Ray and Mickie James. She possesses one of the most deadly finishing moves in wrestling using the Package Piledriver and she is well versed in her aerial offense being known to pull the occasional 450 splash. She wanted the toughest challenge possible, so we got her it.

Kay Lee Ray
One of the very best Fighting Females in the world. This will actually be the 1st time KLR has wrestled a Fighting Female in Kamikaze Pro as KLR has been taking some of the top male talent to the limit in Kamikaze thus far. In her debut match at Versus in 2014, she took then Kamikaze Pro Champion Ryan Smile to the limit and many consider her to have been screwed out of the title. At Full Moon last year she gained a measure of revenge as she became the 1st British Wrestler to pin Ryan Smile inside a Kamikaze Pro ring. She has also competed in the Money In The Bank Ladder match and has gone up against Robbie X and former WWE World Tag Team Champion Paul London in her time in Kamikaze Pro. At Underground II, KLR took on Shane Strickland in a phenomenal match, once again proving why she is one of the top Fighting Females in the world.

The second new contest scheduled for August 5th shall see “All Day Star” Ryan Smile face “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay in singles competition at the Aston University.

Kamikaze Pro announced the match with the following:

The next match for Kamikaze Pro – Monster II next Friday at Aston Uni will be the 3rd match in the amazing Ryan Smile/Will Ospreay series.

Ryan Smile vs Will Ospreay
The face of Kamikaze Pro since it’s inception, The ‘All Day Star’ has delivered and then some in every performance in his Kamikaze Pro career. With the best record in Kamikaze Pro history, Smile has defeated them all. The only 2x Relentless Division Champion in Kamikaze Pro history & the 1st ever Kamikaze Pro Champion in a reign that lasted 490 days. At Underground, Smile defeated Ospreay and sent him to Japan on a loss in what was an incredible match. Many called it the best match in Kamikaze Pro history. Ospreay went to Japan and proceeded to win the New Japan Best of the Super Juniors tournament. He also became the talk of the wrestling world with an insane displays of athleticism in an earlier round against Ricochet.

The rematch took place at Underground II and they seemingly topped the 1st match. Only this time, Ospreay managed a feat very few have done in Kamikaze Pro, he pinned Ryan Smiles shoulders to the mat. In a rare show of humility, The ‘All Day Star’ and the ‘Aerial Assassin’ embraced. This now makes them 1-1 against each other in 2 matches and this now brings us to the decider. This will be the final match between the 2 for ultimate bragging rights. If you saw the first 2 matches, you’ll know what’s in store. If you missed them, you are in for a treat.
