It has been confirmed that ‘The Amazing’ Matt Myers shall face Dara Diablo in singles competition in Northallerton on May 27th,

The past few months have seen a fire ignited within The Amazing Matt Myers as he has set his sights on NGW gold. Opportunities have narrowly escaped his grasp on more than one occasion, with his quest for GenX glory being stymied by current GenX champion Bubblegum. Every victory takes him one step closer to proving that he’s a worthy contender for the NGW Undisputed Championship and support for Matt Myers has never been greater as he shows why he’s one of the best kept secrets in British wrestling.
Dara Diablo is a man possessed, the controller of his own destiny and the master of his inner demons. Fuelled by a dark fire that has consumed his very soul, Diablo has gone to extreme lengths to destroy the vestiges of his past. His current path has destroyed friendships and built dangerous alliances, as he has cut a swath across NGW. His reckless rage has given him a fury that is unparalleled in intensity and focus.
The last time Dara Diablo and Matt Myers crossed paths in singles action, an unsanctioned hair-vs-hair match saw Myers on the losing side, but Diablo claiming his own scalp – a disturbing moment in his quest for destruction.
